Winter Fun for Everyone at the 4th Snowfest Innsbruck from November 21–23, 2025

Third Stop of the Rock A Rail Tour 2025

(Innsbruck, October 24, 2025) The Snowfest Innsbruck returns for its fourth edition, transforming the heart of Tyrol’s capital into a true winter sports paradise from November 21 to 23, 2025. For three days, Snowfest Innsbruck celebrates the full diversity of winter sports, from high-energy contests to hands-on experiences for the whole family. And best of all: admission is free.

The sports highlight of the weekend is the third of five stops of the Rock A Rail Ski & Snowboard Tour 2025 presented by Snowfest. No other event showcases rail contests on this level. Known for its innovative setups and technically demanding rails and features, the tour offers a unique stage for street-style snowboarding. The 2025 setup, already a fan favorite in Hintertux and Thun, promises impressive action and unforgettable moments for both riders and spectators in Innsbruck.

The international freestyle elite will gather in Innsbruck to demonstrate their skills against the city’s stunning backdrop. After the first two stops, an illustrious lineup guarantees excitement: the best riders from the kick-off event in Hintertux, title holders from the 2024 season, and a roster of international stars with their creative tricks and technical lines. Among the snowboarders taking the stage on Friday, November 21, are Leon Gütl (GER), Mees Oostdijk (NED), defending Innsbruck champion Moritz Amsüss (AUT), Paula Benito (ESP), Mia Landridge (GBR) and many more.

The last tickets to the Innsbruck showdown, for both snowboarders and skiers, will be up for grabs on November 16 at the Rock A Rail qualification event at Hintertux Glacier. Aspiring riders are encouraged to sign up and seize their chance to join the action in the heart of Innsbruck. Registration.

At the core of the event lies the Snowfest Village, a vibrant hub dedicated to the many faces of winter sports. From Friday to Sunday, visitors can try out a variety of sports, learn from local clubs, and exchange ideas with riders and enthusiasts alike. Whether snowboarding, freeskiing, alpine skiing, sledding, skibob or ice hockey – the Snowfest Village offers a welcoming, barrier-free meeting place for all generations, inviting everyone to explore, participate and enjoy.  Snowfest Innsbruck is where the magic of winter begins.
