The sweet smell of spilt beer and lightly singed eyelashes: The 2025 edition of Ethan Morgan and Method Mag’s unhinged snowboard circus set the streets of Krakow on fire! Tap in to witness the carnage from Poland in the official DIYX STRT Jam highlights edit.

“The weekend was wild, out of control, but somehow also under control. The months of preparation completely drained me but after all the love we got, it was fully worth it. Everyone had a great time, that’s what DIYX is all about.”Ethan Morgan

An eerie blanket of mist welcomed the crew into Krakow, straight into the Bataleon 3BT (Three Best Trick Challenge) at Tauron Arena. Riders had to stomp 3 tricks, chug a beer and scoff three pierogis after each landed trick. Pauli was the first to tick off all three, with Dillon Henricksen and Nick Puenter close behind. Next up was the Oakley Gap-to-Rail Challenge, where Joey Fava rode away with the win. Closing out Friday’s riding in proper DIYX manner was The Monster Rave Session – loud, loose, and beautifully fera.

Day 2 saw the session kick off with another Oakley longest Rail Challenge where Petr Ershov took the honours, before moving into the DIYX Mini Big Air: one-run spin-to-win (landing optional), where Ethan Morgan himself took the crown, followed by one-run Best Method with Max Warbington claiming the top spot. Then came the grand finale: Halldór Helgason shutting down the Fire Gap Rail with a performance that sent the crowd wild.

The stoke carried straight into DIYX Exit Night After party, where the 2025 winners were crowned: Rob Roethler and Joey Fava took a shared top spot for the men, while Jess Perlmutter claimed the women’s win. And the MVP – the most DIYXiest rider of the weekend – going to a true all-time legend, a man who’s been pro longer than half the riders have been alive, with unmatched style, debauchery, and heart: Halldór Helgason.

And just like that, DIYX 2025 was a wrap: Loud, chaotic, and forgotten memories. Huge props to Ethan Morgan & Method Mag, they did it again. DIYX STRT Jam remains the purest reminder of everything we love about snowboarding. Until next time, DIYXers!
