Stubai Prime Park Sessions Celebrate Their 10th Anniversary
The first session of the exclusive camp for pro snowboarders is in the bag, three more to follow until November 27, 2022!
The Stubai Prime Park Sessions celebrate their 10th anniversary: Since the first edition in 2013, the international elite freeskiers and snowboarders return to Stubai Glacier year after year to prepare for the winter season. During the four one-week sessions between October 24 and November 27, 2022, the athletes fine tune their tricks for the World Cup, X-Games and the upcoming World Championships in February 2023 on the impressive kickers of the Stubai Zoo snow park – and the first week brought not only a lot of sun, but even some never done before tricks.

The concept of the Stubai Prime Park Sessions has been tried and tested since 2013: Together with the Stubai Glacier, the Prime Park Sessions provide the world’s top freeskiers and snowboarders with training conditions unlike anywhere else in the world. The Prime Line of the Stubai Zoo, built especially for the slopestyle pros, offers two perfectly prepared and safe kickers, a combo feature with jump rail and jib knuckle as well as a rail garden in front of the majestic backdrop of the Stubai Alps.
On each day of the Stubai Prime Park Sessions, a film crew is on site to document the runs of the pros. The footage is made available to the athletes for video analysis and film projects. During the first week, freeski and snowboard fans could once again follow the progression of the athletes almost in real time on their social media channels. Highlights for the snowboarders included Markus Kleveland (NOR) with a never done before Nosebutter Backside 1800 and Kuba Hroneš (CZE) with a Cab Double 1800 Double Nosegrab.
