Billabong presents: Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards 2017/2018 4th stage and finals at Hintertuxer Gletscher, Tux-Finkenberg : 28.-29. April 2018
On April 28th and 29th, the very last Billabong presents: Zillertal Välley Rälley hosted by Ride Snowboards event 2017/2018 will go down with a great final at Betterpark Hintertux on Hintertux Glacier. After the fourth of four stages, the Overall Tour Winners will be crowned new Royal Zillertal Välley Rälley Family in Tux-Finkenberg. Here we go Tux, Tux, Hintertux! While snowparks are melting away in lower situated resorts, Hintertux Glacier is getting ready for spring and the Betterapark Hintertux is slowly waking up from deep slumber. The great final event of Austria´s most popular Snowboard Amateur Series should not be missed, because this time it´s all about the crown! All riders who manage to rake in valuable points or even a podium spot in Hintertux, will improve their chances to claim the king´s or queen´s title. The Billabong Best Trick Award, medals, prizes and prize money, a lot of fame and glory and last but not least, valuable World Snowboard Tour ranking points will be waiting for the competitors in Tux-Finkenberg.
On the Coaching DÄy, Ride Snowboards will throw out a lot of prizes for everyone at the LIMBO RIDE and the Ästhetiker will be on hand for freebie freestyle coachings at Betterpark Hintertux. Ride will also have the brand-new demo fleet 2018/2019 available at the park for free demo/testing. Before the Välley Rälley takes a summer break, the new overall tour winners will be crowned new Royal Zillertal Välley Rälley Family 2018 in Hintertux.
The tourstop on Hintertux Glacier also counts as a N.ASA (New Austrian Snowboard Association) Austriacup. Even though the coaching is planned for Saturday and contest for Sunday, the Ästhetiker might swap the days due to weather conditions and communicate accordingly before the weekend.
